A Brand New Start

Today I begin a new blog site. Not very creative in the title. However, I am getting off the ground today. These writings serve two different purposes. First, to get ideas out of my head and down on virtual paper and second, to encourage thought. With all that is going on in the world and all that is being said about truth or lack thereof, I believe that getting back to the basics is the best course of action. Sadly, I have launched out in the blog world many times never staying with it and this one may prove to be no different. With that short and imperfect introduction, I am setting out to put virtual pen to paper and clear my head. I hope that you find the information and discussion thought provoking. My goal is to point people back to sound theological reasoning and to look at what God’s word says. I will try to be careful to stick to the written Word for truth and clarify when I am sharing my opinion. At the end of the day, God’s word is what stands, regardless of what I think. I am no scholar and have no formal education to point back. I believe that God’s word speaks for itself. We just have to be ready to listen.
